Notary Services
Texas Government Code §406.024 establishes the maximum fees a notary public may charge for standard notarial acts. Travel fees or Online fees may apply separately for mobile or RON services.

Loan Signing Services
Real estate signing fees depend on document size, number of notarization, travel distance, and appointment time. Contact for a custom quote.

Mobile Notary Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for mobile appointments and are separate from Texas notary fees. Notary Solutions by KJ uses a flat rate mileage structure and calculates distance from 77357 ZIP code.

Apostille Service Fees

Professional assistance with obtaining Apostilles for documents that will be used in foreign countries. Apostilles are issued by the Texas Secretary of State and verify the authenticity of notarized documents. A $15 per document fee is set by the State of Texas and is required for each Apostille certificate issued (this fee is already calculated in the prices below).
